卵巢环状小管性索瘤的临床病理分析

Ovaryan Sex Cord Tumor with Annular Tubules with Clinical and Pathological

对 38例 (本院 2例及国内文献 36例 )卵巢环状小管性索瘤从临床、病理和激素分泌等方面进行分析 ,年龄 4～6 0岁 ,平均 2 3岁。主要临床表现为 :内分泌功能紊乱 (性早熟 ,月经不规则及绝经后出血 )和腹部肿块 ,仅 1例伴有口唇粘膜黑色素沉着—胃肠道息肉综合征 ;特征性组织学结构为 :单层或复层环状小管 ,管周有基底膜样结构。此病属于低度恶性肿瘤 。

Thirty eight cases of sex cord tumor with annular tubules of the ovary were reviewed of which, 36 were collected from the Chinese literature,2 from the author's clinic. Ages of the patients ranged from 4 to 60 years, with a mean of 23 years. The main clinical manifestations were astrogenic hormonal imbalance (irregular menstruation, postmenoponsal bleeding and sexual precocity) and abdominal mass. One of them is also comparieed with Peutz Jegher Syndrome Microscopic. Examination showed single or complex annular tubules with prominent basement membrane like material around the tubules. This tumor belongs to a group of low malignancy.the paper also discusses The origin and prospect of the tumor.
