hNDR2、mNDR2基因及其蛋白质结构分析研究

Analysing the structure of hNDR2、mNDR2 gene and their protein

基于Internet服务器上的工具软件包对hNDR2和mNDR2两个基因结构进行了分析 ,并对其蛋白质结构进行了预测。结果表明 :hNDR2和mNDR2氨基酸序列具有 91.9%的相似性 ,hNDR2蛋白质二级结构有 9个α螺旋和 11个 β叠片 ,属于α/β折叠类蛋白 ;mNDR2蛋白质二级结构有 9个α螺旋和 12个 β叠片 ,属于α/β折叠类蛋白 ;

The structure of hNDR2 and mNDR2 genes was analysed by using tools of Internet servers, and their protein structure was forecasted. The results read as follows: the amino acid sequences of hNDR2 and mNDR2 have 91.9% similarity; the secondary structure of protein has 9 α helix and 11 β sheet for hNDR2, 9 α helix and 12 β sheet for mNDR2; the hNDR2 and mNDR2 protein belong to α/β folding class; both of them have one transmembrane helix structure.
