硅磷酸铝类化合物固相模板合成研究

Studies on the Template Solid-State-Method Syntheses of Silico-Alumino-Phosphate and Silico-Alumino-Phosphate

在较低温度下 ,用模板固相方法合成了硅磷酸铝 ,对合成的化合物进行了XRD、IR和ICPS的表征 。

Silico-Alumino-Phosphate(SiAlPO 4) and Silico-Alumino-Phosphate-n(SiAlPO 4-n) were respectively preparated by solid-state-synthesis-method at low temperature(150℃ or 100℃) and in short time(2 hours or 1 hour) or in existed template,The samples were characterized by means of chemical analysis,ICPS, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray Powder analysis and their surfaces were studies by the method of solution absorotion.
