The article provides a new lecture teaching method on the basis of author's teaching experience for many years. The purpose is not only to teach students basic knowledge and theory through lecture teaching,but also to train and develop student's ability to find problem,analyze problem,solve problem and consciousness of bringing forth new ideas.
