职业技术教育作为我国教育战线体系结构重要组成部分 ,与普通教育的快速增长相比 ,近年来的发展是呈放缓态势 .本文通过对现代经营理念的阐述 ,说明建立并灵活运用现代经营理念 ,将有助于解决当前职业技术学校的生存和发展问题 ,完全可能使职业技术教育步入良性循环 .

Vocational technical education is an important part of China's educational system.But its speed of development shows slowing down in recent years comparing with the high speed of development of the ordinary education.Through expatiating on the modern management theory,this thesis indicates that setting up and agilely applying modern management theory will help solving the existing and developing problems for vocational technical schools and colleges and will be absolutely possible to make the vocational technical education into well-ordered circulation.
