Since the reform and open policy in China,FDI has certain effect on our modernization of socialist construction.The essay starts with FDI influence on the adjustment to China's interregional economic structure,analyses our basic realistic condition of interregional economic structure,discusses about how to use FDI more effectively in the middle and west area by taking this opportunity of developing west area in China and finally gives some political proposals on our interregional economic development.
