天然气制氨过程模拟及热力学分析软件开发(Ⅱ)——全过程的模拟及热力学分析计算

摘要 本文利用Micro-FLOWSTAAP软件对某天然气制氨过程进行了模拟及热力学分析计算。模拟计算结果与设计数据相吻合。热力学分析计算找到了有效能损失的部位、大小和原因,为进一步降低合成氨过程能耗指出了方向;计算表明合成气和蒸汽动力部分有效能损失占全厂有效能损失的绝大部分,分别为45.6%和41.7%。整个过程的有效能效率为52.5%。 The flowsheeting simulation and thermodynamic analysis for a synthetic ammonia plant from natural gas are carried out with software Micro—FLOWSTAAP, the results are identical with design data. Through the calculation ,the location ,magnitude and reason of energy losses are found out. It indicates the position to reduce energy consumption of synthetic ammonia process. The calculation shows that exergy loss of synthetic gas section and steam—power are the dominant parts of exergy loss of whole process,respectively 45.6% and 41.7%. The exergy coefficient of whole process is 52.5%.
