摘要
在分析研究跳汰机控制过程的基础上 ,提出了基于粗集理论的跳汰机控制模型。这种控制模型采用床层和水波的跳动高度作为跳汰松散度的表示 ,利用粗集理论分析影响因素 (给料量、给料性质和跳汰频率 )。结果表明 ,能够处理跳汰过程中的不确定和不完整的信息 ,为跳汰机的智能控制决策提供了一个新的研究途径。
The paper provided the jig control model base wide collection theory after the study of jig control process. The control model expressed the jig bulk with the jumping high of the bed layer and water wave. The paper analyzed the influence factors ( feeding quatity, feeding features and jig frequency) with the wide collection theory. The results showed that the control model could handle the uncertain and uncompleted information during the jig operation and could provide a new study aceess to the intelligent decision system of jig.
