Classification and Discussion of Sustainable Development Indexes

可持续发展指标作为评价和监测可持续发展状态和程度的基础工具,在过去的十年中已成为研究的热点。本文对当前已有的一些可持续发展指标进行分类和比较,指出各种类型可持续发展指标的优缺点。同时针对我国可持续发展指标研究状况,提出当前存在的主要问题及今后研究的重点与方向。

Sustainabl e development index,as a basic tool to assess and monitor the state and degree o f sustainable development,becomes a hot issue of research in the past decade.T he sustainable development indexes are classified into three categories and the ir advantages and disadvantages are discussed in the paper.According to the res earch situation of sustainable development indexes in China,the authors point out not only the main problem at present,but also the focus and orientation of future research.
