养胃冲剂对免疫性胃炎胃粘膜组织学的影响

Histological Effect of Yang Wei Mixture on the Gastric Membrane in Immune gastritis Rats

目的 :观察养胃冲剂对大鼠免疫性胃炎胃粘膜组织病理学的影响。方法 :选 SD系大鼠 60只 ,取大鼠胃粘膜匀浆液加入弗氏佐剂制作成乳化液 ,注射入大鼠体内进行免疫。随机分模型组、香砂养胃组、养胃冲剂组 ,分别给药 1 g/kg、5 g/kg、1 0 g/kg灌胃 ,连续给药 2个月 ,处死取胃 ,进行大体观察和石蜡切片、H- E染色显微镜下观察 ,摄片分析。结果 :造模大鼠养胃冲剂组胃粘膜大体和显微镜下胃粘膜上皮损伤程度、炎症细胞浸润范围、胃小凹宽度、肠上皮化生等指标均有明显改善 ,与模型组相比有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。与香砂养胃丸组比较无显著性差异。结论 :养胃冲剂能够有效治疗大鼠免疫性胃炎病变 ,逆转胃粘膜上皮细胞的肠上皮化生。

Objective: To observe the effect of Yang Wei Mixture on the histopathological changes of the gastric membrane in rats with immune gastritis.Methods:60 SD rats were used and the rat's gastric membrane was made into emulsification solution so as to immunize the rats. All the rats were divided into animal model group, Xian Sha Yang Wei group and Yang Wei Mixture group, 1g, 5g and 10g/kg was used to be fed into the stomach, which lasted for 2 months. After killing the rats, the gastric membrane was observed with naked eye and made into paraffin sections for H E stain and image analysis.Results: Great amelioration were observed in the gastric damage,inflammation cells infiltration,the width of the gastric pit and intestinal metaplasia in Yang Wei Mixture group. When compared with the animal model group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). No difference was observed when compared with Xian Sha Yang Wei group. Conclusion:Yang Wei Mixture could cure rat's immune gastritis and inhibit the intestinal metaplasia.
