参附与葛根素注射液治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效观察

Therapeutic Efficacy Observation of Shen Fu and Kakonein Injection in Treating Vertibrobasilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo

目的 :观察参附与葛根素注射液对椎 -基底动脉缺血性眩晕的治疗效果。方法 :对确诊病例 45 9例随机分成三组 ,在病因治疗基础上 ,分别用 65 4 - 2、葛根素注射液 (热郁火扰型 )和参附注射液 (气虚阳衰型 )静滴 ,治疗 48h后评定疗效。结果 :三组治疗后总有效率 91 .2 %～ 1 0 0 % ,组间差异无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,而辨证治疗的两组与 65 4 - 2组的显效率差异有非常显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :根据中医辨证 ,应用相应的中药针剂治疗 ,可取得较单纯辨病治疗更好的疗效。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shen Fu and kakonein Injection in treating vertibrobasilar artery insufficiency vertigo.Methods:459 cases were divided into 3 groups: control (160 cases),TCM hotness group (179 cases) and TCM Qi weakness group (120 cases) They were treated with routine therapy, respectively added 6542,Shen Fu and kakonein Injection.Results: The total effective rates were 91.25 and 100% in the 2 TCM groups (P>0.05). Significant difference was observed between the control and TCM groups (P< 0.01). Conclusion:Better therapeutic efficacy could be achieved with TCM therapy and diagnosis.
