Programming for the Control of Lime Kilns with GE-I PC

本文叙述用GE-Ⅰ型PC可编程序调节器对石灰窑生产过程实现自动控制的程序设计。控制的系统有破焦系统、石灰窑上料系统、出灰系统。用一台PC就代替了原来的许多继电器,而且控制稳定,当故障时可联锁停机及故障报警,使生产稳定安全。

This Paper states the programming, for the control of lime kilns with GE-I PC. Control systems cover cracking, feeding, unloading, alarming and interlock operations. A microcomputer replaces a multitude of electric relays. The system proves of reliability.
