前额皮瓣鼻再造术(附9例报告)

Experiences of nasal reconstruction with forehead flap:Reports of 9 cases

目的 :介绍应用额部皮瓣进行鼻再造的体会。方法 :总结 8例鼻部癌术后缺损及 1例鼻外伤后缺损采用额部皮瓣转移行鼻再造的手术方法。结果 :9例患者转移额瓣全部成活 ,切口 期愈合 ,无并发症发生。随访 1～ 11年 ,鼻外形满意、肿瘤无复发。结论 :应用额部皮瓣进行鼻再造 ,具有操作方便、血供可靠、成活率高、效果满意等优点 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To present the experience of nasal reconstruction with forehead flap.Methods:8 cases of the defects of nasal carcinoma after the operation and 1 case of the defect of nasal trauma were treated by nasal reconstruction with forehead flap.Results:These forehead flaps were alive in all patients,the wound of all patients healed in 1 stage,no postoperative complications were found.The shapes of nose were satisfactory,tumor were no recurrence during the following-up 1~11 years.Conclusion:The method is simple,the flap's blood supply is reliable,easily alive and the result is satisfactory.
