测定橡胶树种子活力的6种方法比较

Comparison of 6 Methods for Testing the Viability of Hevea Seeds

采用比较研究法,比较了6种方法测定橡胶树种子活力的准确度。结果表明:对于新鲜或比较新鲜的种子,几种简易测定方法的准确度比较高(其中对“好种子”的误选指数较低,对“坏种子”的误选指数则较高);准确度也会因品种和批次不同而有所差异。“种仁鉴别法”和TTC法可作为较高准确度的检测方法,“外观法”、“弹跳法”等则宜作较低准确度的检测方法。

Six methods for testing the v iability of Hevea seeds were compared.The results showed that for the fresh or relatively fresh seeds,the judgment accuracies with the several simple testing methods were relatively high.The accuracies were different for different clo nes and batch es.It is suggested that when lower accuracy is required,the simp le testing methods such as the appearance method and the bounce method are used .When higher accuracy is required,the kernel identification method and the TTC method should be used.
