摘要
研究了橡胶树种子贮藏过程中电导率、霉变率和发芽率的变化。结果表明:贮藏期超过20d,用20g/L甲醛或自来水(对照)浸泡3min后风干表面水分的种子,均表现为大粒的重量减幅最大;经甲醛处理的种子,随贮藏时间的延长,电导率逐渐增大;2种处理种子的发芽率均随贮藏时间的延长而降低。从发芽进程来看,贮藏5d的不同处理种子,在播种25d全部出苗;而同样的温度条件下,贮藏10d以上的种子,需经35~50d才能达到最大出苗数。除了经甲醛处理的小粒种子以外,其余的均是随贮藏时间的延长,霉变数逐渐增加。经甲醛处理的种子,其霉变速率和霉变率均比对照的低得多,并且在任一贮藏时间的霉变率均呈现大粒>中粒≥小粒的趋势。据初步观察,霉菌多是从胚两端逐渐向中间和内部发展,这些霉菌多属于青霉(Penicilliumsp.)和曲霉(Aspergillussp.)等真菌类型。
Conductivity,moldy percentage and ger mi nation percentage of Hevea seeds during storage were studied.The results showed that weight change of big Hevea seeds treated with20g /L formaldehyde or tr eated with water(control)was most during storage.Conductivity in creased with storage time,and the widest change happened in large -sized seeds.Germinatio n percentage decreased with storage time.Moldy percentage of control seeds in c reased rapid ly after stored15days,and that of the seeds treated with20g / L formaldehyde was much low er.The correla tion between germination percentage and conductivity for non-treated seeds was not close.25days after sow ing,t he seeds stored for5days reached the high est germination percent age.Those st ored for more than10days in the same temperature condi tion reached the highe st germi nation percentage35-50days after sowing.Most of the moldy belonge d to Penicillium sp.and Aspergillus sp.
