亚种间杂交水稻5460S/广抗粳2号充实度的研究 被引量:2

摘要 从源库特征维管束结构特性、根系及叶片衰老等方面对亚种间杂交水稻 5 46 0S/广抗粳 2号不同部位籽粒的充实度进行了研究。结果表明 ,与汕优 6 3相比 ,5 46 0S/广抗粳 2号下部二次枝梗籽粒 (弱势粒 )充实度较低 ,其主要原因是其受精较晚 ,灌浆起步较晚 ,源不足 ,维管束负担过重且发育不良。而源不足导致根系和叶片衰老较快 ,光合效率下降 ,光合时间缩短 ,从而进一步导致源不足。 To Promote the yield of intersubspecific hybrid rice 5460S/GuangKang Geng No2,the grain-filling rate was studied from the ratio of sink to source,vascular bundle chavacteristics and roots and leaves senescence The results indicated that the main reasons of the lower of grain-filling rate of the grains in lower second branches of the intersubspecific hybrid rice 5460S/Guang Kang Geng No2 is due to it's lateness of fertilization and grain filling and deficiency of source as well as undeveloped vascular bundlles in lower second branches It's deficiency of source was caused by roots and leaves senescence too early Reversely,It resulted in deficiency of source further however,the filling rate of superior grains had nothing to do with source and sink
