摘要
以阿月浑子雌、雄株叶部提取液为试材 ,用裴林试剂分别进行处理 ,观察颜色及沉淀变化。试验结果表明 :无论是已知性别的成年树叶片还是未知性别的幼龄树叶片 ,当向叶部提取液中加入Ⅰ号裴林试剂和Ⅱ号裴林试剂时 ,雌。
The leaves of male and female Pistacia Vera were treated respectively with Fehling reagent,and then observed their color and precipitate reaction The results showed that the sexes were identified quickly and efficiently through different color and precipitate reaction among them The difference is significant
