摘要
比较了 1 2个基因型在胚珠继代培养过程对棉纤维发育的影响 ,结果表明 ,纤维干重和纤维长度、精细、胞壁厚度等指标因基因型的不同而存在显著差异。其中 ,长德 1 84和肖县 1 3 3的纤维长度、显著大于其他基因型的 ,分别为 3 1 . 5、3 0 . 7mm;中棉所 2 3、湘 88-2 3 8、长德 1 84的细胞壁厚度显著大于其他基因型的 ,分别为 3 . 2 5、3 . 2 3、3 .2 1μm;湘 83 -2 3 8、长德 1 84的纤维成熟度分别为2 . 1 1、1 . 94。因此 ,可根据研究目标选用适当的基因型。
Effects of 12 genotypes on the development of cotton fiber under ovule subculture were analyzed.The results showed as follows.The dry weight(DW),length,fineness and cell wall thickness of cotton fiber were significantly different among the genotypes.The fiber length of Changde-184 and Xiaoxian-133,with fiber length 31.5 and 30.7 mm,respectively,were remarkably longer than that of the others.The fiber wall thickness of CCRI23,Xiang 83-238 and Changde-184 were 3.25,3.23,3.21μm,respectively,and distinctly thicker than that of the others.Therefore,it is necessary to abopt suitable genotypes according to the specific objective of this study field.It was also concluded a sketch diagram of a system of ovule subculture for cotton fiber development(SOSCFD).
