甜菜夜蛾的人工饲养技术

Studies on rearing technique of Spodoptera exigua (Hübner)on artificial diet

对甜菜夜蛾的人工饲料、继代饲养的生命参数、成虫补充营养、饲养方法和条件进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,用大豆、小麦、酵母粉为主要原料 ,配以蔗糖、琼脂、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯 (尼泊金 )、维生素 C、复配维生素液、KOH液、乙酸液、甲醛液配制而成的人工饲料 ,连续饲养甜菜夜蛾 16代 ,孵化率、幼虫成活率、幼虫期、蛹期、平均蛹重、化蛹率和羽化率 7项指标 ,未出现退化现象。成虫使用糖加复合维生素液补充营养比单用水或糖水产卵量更高。

Life parameters of Spodoptera exigua (Hübner) feeding on artificial diet continuously, adult nutrient supplement, feeding method and condition were studied. The diet was composed of soybean flour, brewers yeast, wheat germ, ascorbic acid, Nipagin, sorbic acid, agar, sugar, V B1 , V B2 , V B3 , V B5 ,V B6 ,V BC ,V H,V B12 ,potassium hydroxide ,acetic acid, formaldehyde and water. There were no significant differences in hatchability,larvae survival rate, larvae durations, pupal durations, pupal weight, pupation rate and emergence over 16 generations. Supplying with different nutrient sources, the average number of eggs produced by one female moth of Spodoptera exigua (Hübner) is sugar+V B1 ,V B2 ,V B3 ,V B5 , V B6 ,V BC ,V H,V B12 > sugar>water.
