摘要
简要综述了近 2 0年来甜菜夜蛾的发生危害、暴发原因、抗药性及抗性机理的研究进展。已有的研究结果证明 ,抗药性发展是甜菜夜蛾大发生的一个重要原因。甜菜夜蛾的抗药性与其体壁穿透性降低、解毒酶活性提高及乙酰胆碱酯酶敏感性下降等多种机制有关。
The occurrence, outbreaks, insecticide resistance and resistant mechanism of the beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua (Hübner), (Lepidoptera: Nocutidae) during past twenty years are briefly reviewed. The results obtained showed that the development of insecticide resistance has been testified as an important reason for its outbreaks in rcent years. The delayed culticular penetration, enhanced detoxification enzymes activity and insensitive acetylcholinesterase have been involved for conferring insecticide resistance in the beet armyworm.
