摘要
对山东省 2 0世纪 6 0年代以来育成推广的 6 0个小麦品种的高分子量谷蛋白亚基的遗传变异进行了分析 ,并分析了亚基和面粉品质的关系。结果表明 :在所研究的小麦品种中 ,Glu -1位点具有较丰富的遗传变异类型 ,共有 1 3种亚基类型和 2 2种亚基组成模式。各亚基出现频率不尽相同 ,A1位点上的 1亚基出现频率为 5 0 0 % ,B1位点上 7+ 8亚基出现频率为 4 8 3% ,D1位点上 2 + 1 2亚基出现频率为 6 5 0 %。亚基 1 ,2+ 1 2 ,7+ 8模式出现频率最高 ,同时出现了含有 2 + 1 0亚基的新的亚基组成模式。优质亚基 5 + 1 0仅在 80年代以后选育推广的小麦品种中存在 ,且 5 + 1 0亚基出现频率和高分子量谷蛋白亚基品质评分均呈现上升趋势。亚基 7+ 9、1 3+ 1 6、5 + 1 0均对沉降值和谷蛋白大聚体 (GMP)
The genetic variation of HMW-GS among sixty wheat varieties released in Shandong Province since 1960's was investigated, and the effect of subunit on flour quality was analyzed. The types of genetic variation at Glu-1 locus were rich, and 13 subunits and 22 subunit combinations were detected in these cultivars. The frequencies of subunits and their combinations were all different, with 1,2+12 and 7+8 combination of the highest. The good quality subunit 5+10 was observed only among the wheat varieties released since 1980's, and its frequency and the quality of HMW-GS score have been increasing. The significant positive effects of 7+9,13+16,5+10 subunits on sedimentation and GMP content were observed.
