An autoclave batch reaction optimal control, as stated in this article, uses model reference self-adaptive optimal predicting approach. Stages undergoing polymerizing, such as metering, temperature raising, holding, pressure lowering, etc. are automatically programmed. The system employs a two-level control and monitoring implementation, and runs with satisfactory results.
