非埋藏式种植体支持球型固位覆盖义齿在下颌无牙修复中的应用

Application of Non-Submerged Implants with Ball Attachments Supporting Overdentures in Mandibular Edentulism

目的评价非埋藏式种植体支持球型固位下颌覆盖义齿的临床效果。方法39例下颌无牙牙合病人,种植98颗ITI种植体,表面喷涂钛离子(TPS)的种植体于种植后3个月行上部结构修复,表面喷涂酸蚀-喷沙(SLA)的种植体于种植后6周行上部结构修复,上部结构采用球型固位设计。种植后及义齿修复后的观察期为1～11a。结果种植成功率为99%,义齿修复后行使功能的成功率为100%。结论非埋藏式种植体(ITI)支持球型固位覆盖义齿在下颌无牙牙合修复中有很高的成功率。

Objective To evaluate the non-submerged osseointegrated dental implants with ball attachments supporting overdentures in the mandible.Methods Ninety-eight non-submerged fixtures were installed in39patients with totally edentulous mandibles.Ball attachments were mounted on the fixtures and implant-supported overdentures inserted3-4months after TPS fixture installation and6weeks with SLA fixtures.The observation period after implant activation and prosthesis insertion varied from1-11years.Results The overall success rate of individual implants was99%(97/98).The prosthesis function rate was100%(39/39).Conclusions The non-submerged osseointegrated ITI dental implants with ball attachments supporting overdentures can be a successful treatment in the edentulous mandible patients.
