Radiofrequency Volumetric Tissure Reduction for Obstractive Sleep Apnea Syndrome
摘要
打鼾是一种常见现象,由于其中部分患者符合睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的诊断标准,而后者可引起严重并发症,因此其诊断与治疗已引起医务工作者的广泛关注。目前其常见治疗方法为减肥、正压通气治疗、悬雍垂、腭咽成形术等,但都有各自的缺点,因此寻求更有效、低并发症的治疗方法非常必要。作者对射频温控减容治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的原理、方法、治疗效果及其优缺点进行了综述,并对其前景作了展望。
