摘要
对 8 5例类风湿膝关节炎患者的 12 1个膝关节采用胶体磷酸铬3 2 P行放射性滑膜切除术。先将患者膝关节腔内积液抽出 ,然后每个膝关节给予 92 .5~ 12 9.5 MBq胶体磷酸铬3 2 P和 1ml得宝松 ,同时给予慢作用抗风湿药物治疗。结果 :88%的膝关节放射性滑膜切除术后 1年疗效较好 ,关节积液得到有效控制。所有患者均未出现严重不良反应。认为胶体磷酸铬3 2
To establish colloidal chromic phosphate 32 P radiation synovectomy resulting in a clinically useful benefit in knee arthritis in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),85 patients with 121 knees synovitis effusion were selected. After being drawn out of the synovial fluid, 92.5~129.5 MBq colloidal chromic phosphate 32 P was injected to the intra articular and followed by injection 1ml of Diprospan. Meanwhile, all of patients were treated with slow acting anti rheumatic drugs. All the available films were classified according to Larsen's score. The results showed all of these knees, eighty eight percent of the articular synovial effusion were no longer relapsed and recovered normal within one year. This suggested that radiation synovectomy with colloidal chromic phosphate 32 P is proper early knee arthritis in RA and without detectable harmful effects.
