Objective To investigate the value of coronary CT scan for the diagnosis, pathogenic analysis of sinusitis paranasales and the sinoscopic operation. Methods 120 patients confirmed by operation were collected, and their CT manifestations and clinical data were analysed retrospectively. Results Occurence of chronic sinusitis paranasales had relationship with infarction of sinual in-let tract. Conclusion Unsmoothl drainage of sinual inlet tract is the main cause of chronic sinusitis paranasales, and coronary CT scan plays an important role in sinoscopic operation.
