环形泪道内插管治疗泪道阻塞

<title>Circular silicage tube insertion into omnilacrimal passages for the treatment of obstruction of lacrimal passages

目的 探索双向泪道内插管治疗泪道阻塞、慢性泪囊炎的适应证、手术方法及临床疗效。方法 对我院近 12 a行双向泪道内插管治疗不同类型的泪道阻塞的 1583例患者作回顾性分析。结果 1583例不同类型的泪道阻塞患者 ,总有效率达 90 .33% ,收到满意疗效。结论 应用硅胶管双向泪道内插管治疗泪道阻塞具有成功率高、损伤小、操作简单、美观。

<Abstrcat>ObjectiveTo explore the indications, operative skill, and clinical effects of circular shaped silicage tube insertions into omnilacrimal passages on the treatment of obstruction of lacrimal passages and chronic dacryocystitis.MethodsRetrospective study based on 12year experience about 1583 patients with different types of obstruction of lacrimal passages through circular shaped silicage tube insertions into omnilacrimal passages were applied . Results Cure rates were 90.33% with optimizing effect on the treatment among 1 583 cases of different types of obstruction of lacrimal passages. ConclusionSilicage tube insertions into omnilacrimal passages have many advantages on treating obstruction of lacrimal passages with high successful rate, less invasive and simply therapy, beautiful outlook and wide extensive applications.
