摘要
提出了一种由MAX813和 93C4 6集成芯片构成的低成本、高可靠性智能流量检测系统数据自动保护方法。给出了看门狗、掉电后供电延时、电源故障实时监控、自动复位等功能的实现电路及相关程序。
This paper presents a low cost and high reliability method for auto saving data of intelligent flow measure system, which consists of new CMOS chip MAX813 and 93C46 . How to design watchdog , power source breakdown real time control supervisor, suppling power after power-fail and auto-reset circuit together with correlative software are also presented.
