Academic Requirement,Academic Evaluation and Subject Development——On the Aspects of Study of Library Science

检讨与建立学术规范 ,是图书馆学健康发展的需要。学术评价的目的是出人才、出成果。学术评价真正的标准是“学术市场” ,即一种阅读的市场与效果。学科建设的关键是建立正确的学科发展观 :即不要轻易放弃本学科已有的成就 ;学习与吸取其他学科之长 ,不断审视自己的学科 ;加强切磋与交流 ,开展多种形式的学术对话。

Studying and reaching to academic requirement is the demand for healthily development of library science.The purpose of academic evaluation is to produce talents and achievements.The real standard for academic evaluation is the “academic market”,that is,a kind of market and effectiveness of reading.The key of subject development is to establish the right view of subject development,take good advantages of the present achievement of the subject,absorb the advantages of other subjects to improve this subject,and strengthen exchanges and develop academic dialogues of different levels.
