南水北调实施条件下海河流域水资源合理配置的构想

Rational Distribution of Water Resources in the Hai River Basin on the Basis of the South-to-North Water Transfer

在南水北调实施的条件下,将增加海河流域的供水量,这为全流域水资源的合理配置提供了前提条件。其构想是构建“二纵六横”总体格局,为水资源合理配置奠定工程基础,同时,实现多水源、多用户、多目标的合理配置,提高水的利用效率。

If the South-to-North Water Transfer Project will be implemented, water supply in the Hai River Basin will have been increased which in turn will provide a prerequisite condition for the reasonable distribution of water resources in the whole basin. The objective is to set up a general layout of two-longitudinal -and -six -transverse. It will lay a foundation of structure for the optimal allocation of water resources. Meanwhile, the optimal distribution of multi-water sources, water users and targets will be achieved and water utilization efficiency enhanced.
