期刊的电子化网络化是学术期刊的发展方向。加强学术期刊网络化的研究 ,特别是研究和解决好传统学术期刊与网络期刊的合力发展问题、网络期刊的传输格式等技术问题、网络期刊的引证参考问题、网络期刊的安全与版权问题等等 ,将会大大加快我国学术期刊的发展。

Electronization and networkalization are the development direction of the academic periodicals. To strengthen the researches on the networkalization of the academic periodicals, especially the co development of traditional academic periodicals and their network versions, the technologies of the transmission of network periodicals, the citation of network periodicals and the copyright issues of network periodicals and their security etc, will accelerate the development of Chinese academic periodicals.
