摘要
分析数字图书馆的现状 ,以及其在国家创新体系中的作用 ,认为数字图书馆要实现服务创新 ,再造业务流程 ,提供知识发现服务 ,形成知识传播与技术转移重要平台。
This paper analyzed the status of digital library and its function in the national innovation system.And suggested that the digital library should innovate its service and reengineer its business flow to offer the knowledge-mining service,thus,the digital library can be the important part to communicate the knowledge and technology which is crucial in national innovation system.
