知识产权课程教学中几个问题的思考

Thought of Several Problems about Intellectual Property Teaching

结合知识产权教学工作的实践 ,提出了加强全民知识产权意识教育的重要性和紧迫性 ,并对关于使用失效专利可能会造成的侵权问题和在网络环境下知识产权保护等五个难点问题进行了剖析。

Combining the teaching practice in the course of intellectual property,the importance and necessity of enhancing conscious of intellectual property education in the whole people is proposed in this paper.Five difficult problems,such as piracy caused by using invalid patent and intellectual property protection under the network circumstances are analyzed.
