摘要
图书馆人才的流失正成为制约图书馆事业发展的一个突出问题。图书馆人才的流失,既有市场经济的确立、社会信息管理人才的紧缺、知识经济的产生、现行教育模式等宏观因素的影响,又有图书馆、人才自身等微观因素的作用。建立一种先进的图书馆文化是解决人才流失的最终措施。
One of the important problems which hampers the development of library enterprise is the intellectual losing in library. The problem of intellectual losing in library is come into being by the influence of macrocosm elements such as the establishment of market economy, the intellectual deficiency in the operation of society information, the producivity of knowledge economy, the present educational model. Meanwhile, the effect of microcosm elements, for example, library and the intellectual also cause the intellectual losing in library. The eventual measure which solve the intellectual losing is that advanced library culture should be constructed.
