摘要
数字图书馆是当今图书馆界发展的必然方向,本文就发展中国数字图书馆的几个非技术性问题做了简单的分析,包括政府和社会的支持;数字图书馆应主要研究的内容;馆藏的来源和版权问题;数字图书馆的大研究方向等。
Digital library is the only road to develop for today's library. Several non - technical problems about improving Chinese digital library are analysed in this paper. It includes supports from government and society, main research contents, book store sources and serve rights, study goal of digital library ,etc. And some valuable suggestions on developing digital library are also put forward.
