摘要
文章扼要回顾了国内外数字图书馆的建设实践 ,以及数字图书馆员素质的一般性理论。明确提出馆员培训是一项长期的馆员素质教育战略 。
The article looks simply back the pravtice of the digital library construction at home and broad,and the general theories about the qualities of digital librarians.It defines that the librarian training is along stratege of the librarian quality education.It also suggests briefly the methods and substance of the digital librarian training.
