摘要
以QC小组和QC报告会的组织形式实施QC工程,这两种形式分别从局部、纵向和整体、横向两个方面对质量加以控制,并采用了要因分析图法和Х-δ控制图法进行分析,保证了全面的、完善的质量管理。
