酒窝状竖板降落液膜结垢性能研究

STUDY OF FOULING CHARACTERISTICS ON A DIMPLED VERTICAL PLATE FALLING FILM EVAPORATOR

研究了葡萄糖溶液、酒糟离心液、盐水溶液 3种不同流体在酒窝状竖板降膜蒸发器上结垢特性 ,讨论了影响结垢的主要因素 ,其中包括液体的流量、质量分数、传热温差、流体的特性及传热元件表面加工精度等。研究结果表明 ,结垢过程大体上分为 3个阶段 ,即垢层萌芽期、垢层发展期和垢层成熟期 ,而且结垢速率随着质量分数和传热温差的增大而增大 ,随着液体流量的增大而减小 ,流体不同 ,结垢速率相差较大。同时分析了酒窝状竖板降膜蒸发器的成垢机理 。

Fouling characteristics of different fluids such as glucose solution,Centrifugate from distiller’s grains,and salt solution on a vertical dimpled plate falling film evaporator was studied in this paper,the main factors of fouling were discussed,including feed flow,concentration,the temperature difference of heat transfer,the kinds of fluids and the processing precision of the heat transfer unit.The results show that the fouling process was mainly divided into three stages,the fouling starting,developing and steady time,the fouling rate was increased when the concentration,the temperature difference of heat transfer were raised and the feed flow was decreased,different fluids had diffferent fouling rate.The procedure of forming fouling was analyzed,some methods of decressing foulings were mentioned.
