摘要
依据模糊率方法学的基本思想和方法 [1 ] ,对薄膜反馈节流液体静压轴承采用复合形法进行模糊优化设计 ,其优化结果与按常规设计的静压轴承相比较 ,可定量处理模糊性的因素 ,保证设计对象具备最佳性能 ,设计过程大为简化 ,且效率高。
According to the fundamental conception and method of fuzzy optimal theory put forward a fuzzy optimum method of the hydrostatic bearings.It takes the bearing flow and the bearing film rigidity as the objective function,and using the complex method,carries out the optimal design of the liquid hydrostatic bearings with the film feedback-compensator.The optimal results compared with the hydrostatic bearing’s one designed by the ordinary method,it’s qtota to process fuzzy factor,assure optimal capacity of design target and simple design of process,high effciency,good measured.
