摘要
啤酒中含有酒精,CO2,酒花苦味成分草酮(humulon)、蛇麻酮等,酒花精油成分草萜(humulene)、香叶烯(myrcene)等,还含有绿原酸(chlorogenicacid)、生物黄酮类(bioflavonoid)及咖啡酸(caffeicacid)等药理成分,其营养丰富,素有“液体面包”之称。其药理功能有防止脚气,防止动脉硬化,促进血液循环,催眠,增强胃功能,促进胆汁分泌,防止便秘,促进激素的分泌,利尿,促进女性生理机能等。(庞晓)
