DCS为集散控制系统(DistributedControlSystem)的简称,应用于现代化生产,可提高自动化程度和集成各种信息,控制生产工艺。具有可靠性高,性能高,分散控制,集中监视和管理功能。该系统采用上、下位微机协调监控的控制方案,由系统工程师站和现场控制站组成,对全厂39个发酵罐实行全自动控制。控制精度为±0.5℃,测温元件采用Pt100铂热电阻。生产实践证明,该系统抗干扰能力强,运行稳定,用户界面友好,可在啤酒行业推广应用。(小雨)

DCS is the abbreviation of distributed control system and its utilization in modern manufacturing could promote automatiza-tion,integrate sorts of information and control the production techniques.It has the advantages of high reliability and high capability and it brings into play the functions of decentralized control coupled with centralized monitor and management simultaneously.The sys-tem,based on harmonious monitor principle of computers at different places,is composed of system engineer station and field control station.It could realize full automatic control on all39fermentation pots in the brewery and the precision of control is±0.5℃and the temperature measurement component is Pt100platinum thermal resistance.The manufacturing proved that the system had strong inter-ference killing feature and worked stably and had friendly UI.Accordingly,it could be popularized in breweries.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
