摘要
惯性振动筛被广泛地应用于食品、化工、采矿等行业中对物料进行分级 ,但目前许多振动筛用来激振的旋转偏重块没有进行优化设计 ,偏重块质量过大 ,特别是大型惯性振动筛问题尤其突出 .本文提出了一种偏重块参数优化设计的数学模型 ,并对一实例进行了优化计算 ,结果表明 。
The inertial separator is widely used to sieve material in food industry,chemical industry and mining.At present,the eccentric rotors of many vibrating separators haven't been optimized.The eccentric rotor mass is too large,especially that in the large inertial separator.This paper puts forward a mathematical model of optimal design and applies it to the eccentric rotor of inertial vibrating separator.The result shows that the rotor mass is greatly reduced.
