摘要
以优质小麦豫麦 47# 为原料 ,对小麦DNA的提取方法进行了探讨 .研究了在不用液态氮的情况下 ,防止DNA降解的关键技术 .对提取的小麦DNA进行紫外检测和琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析 ,结果表明提取的DNA相对分子质量大 ,浓度和纯度高 .该法也适合提取其它植物分子DNA .
This paper mainly studies the method of extracting DNA from YU wheat 47 #,and the key technique to prevent DNA decomposition without liquid N 2.The separated DNA from wheat seed was analyzed by UV and agarose gel electrophoresis.The result indicates DNA isolated from wheat has high molecular weight,good purity and quality.This method can be used to isolate the high molecular weight DNA from other plants.
