摘要
探讨了混合办公废纸 (MOW)脱墨浆的 H2 O2 和 FAS单段漂白及 H2 O2 — FAS两段漂白工艺 ,重点讨论了影响 H2 O2 和 FAS单段漂白的工艺参数 ,找出了 H2 O2 (P)— FAS(F)两段漂白较为理想的工艺条件。结果表明 ,PF两段漂白优于 FP两段漂白。在 PF两段漂白中 ,减少 0 .10 %的 FAS用量 ,同时增加 0 .30 %的 H2 O2 用量 ,可使漂后浆白度增加 。
The technology of H 2O 2 and FAS single stage bleaching and H 2O 2 FAS two stages bleaching of mixed office waste paper deinking pulp was investigated. The technological parameters of effecting H 2O 2 and FAS single stage bleaching were emphatically discussed. Meanwhile, the better technological conditions of H 2O 2 FAS two stages bleaching were found. The results showed that PF two stages bleaching is better than FP two stages bleaching. In PF two stages bleaching, the brightness of bleached pulp would increase but the cost of bleaching chemical materials would not increase when the dosage of FAS decreased 0.10% (on o.d. pulp) and the dosage of H 2O 2 increased 0.30% (on o.d. pulp).
