摘要
针对徐州发电厂 41 0t/h锅炉存在的锅炉燃烧器严重烧损问题 ,进行了 2号炉燃烧调整热态试验研究。根据试验情况 ,详细介绍了燃烧器烧损原因 ,提出解决燃烧器烧损问题的方案。该试验研究结果可以为锅炉燃烧器的设计和改造提供参考依据。
The severity damaged problem on the 410t/h boiler burners of Xuzhou Thermal Power Plant. Through the combustion debugging and testing on No.2 boiler of Xuzhou Thermal Power Plant, the impacts of various factors on the safety of the boiler burners were analyzed. According to the testing results, the measures on resolving the damaged problem of the boiler burners were put forward. The experimental study could be given for the design and technical modification of the boiler burner as reference.
