摘要
提出了一种利用小波分析和曲线拟合法对柴油机工作时发出的声信号进行模式的判别方法;在实验台上模拟了柴油机的不同工况,并在气缸盖上方采集了柴油机工作时产生的声信号;对不同模式下利用小波分析技术提取的声信号特征参数利用曲线拟合法进行了成功的判别。在利用声信号对柴油机进行故障诊断这一未成熟领域中,对声信号的处理方法做出了成功的探索。
A method using wavelet analysis and curve fit based on acoustic signals sent out by working diesel is put forward in this paper in order to diagnose diesel faults. The diffirent operatian conditions of a diesel engine are simulated on the experimental rig,and acoustic signals that sent out by working diesel are collected over the cylinder head. Using wavelet and curve fitting technology, this paper analyses the a-coustic signals in detail and diagnoses the different faults successfully. The method put forward in this paper makes a successful explore in the immature diagnose field based on acoustic signals.
