铝合金材料的发动机曲轴箱,在采用过盈配合的双头螺柱安装缸盖和曲轴轴承盖时,常会发生箱体螺纹配合处应力高的现象,通过大量的试验及有限元计算,最终采用间隙配合的方法,保证预紧力满足使用要求。
The engine crankcase, which is made of aldural, often shows the phenomenon of high stress in the join part of both screws when the crankcase and the crankshaft bearing cover are fixed by tight fit stud; This paper presents a method of clearance fit to assure the acquired prestress force through many test results and FE calculation.
