东庞矿北风井煤柱稳定性分析及其加固技术

摘要 基于东庞矿北风井机房煤柱受周围小窑开采后引发地表严重塌陷的事实 ,分析了采动后井下煤柱失稳的可能性 ,提出了采空区注浆、挖变形沟、地基注浆和风道隔墙堵漏等综合加固技术方案 ,并较详细地介绍了加固过程中的技术参数。工程实施后的监测表明 ,充填注浆质量和沉陷控制效果良好。 Based on machinery room's serious surface subsidence caused by surrounding small mines, author analyzed unsteady possibility of coal pillar after mining, brought forward synthetic reinforcement project, such as: backfilling with fly ash in gob, setting distortion compensation ditch surrounding the room, grouting in ground foundation and blocking partition wall's cracks in air way The paper introduced parameters of reinforcement process in detail Monitoring data after implement of engineering indicate that quality of grouting and effect to control subsidence are good
