摘要
介绍了Cu合金管不耐污染水质腐蚀 ,其使用寿命缩短到 7~ 8年。国外为解决冷却管耐污染水质腐蚀问题 ,美国采用不锈钢冷却管获得了满意的使用效果。英国采取硫酸亚铁成膜保护法提高Cu及CuNi合金管的耐蚀性能 ,并没有达到预期的使用效果。钛管耐腐蚀性能虽好 ,但由于其价格昂贵 ,国内外仅限于滨海电站和核电站中应用。采用不锈钢管是解决Cu及CuNi合金管不耐污染水质腐蚀的有效手段 ,并具有技术和经济合理性。
This paper mainly introduces that the life of Cu alloy tube has been decreased to 7~8 years due to bad erosion resistance. In order to solve the erosion problem for cooling tubes at abroad, the stainless steel tubes have been adopted by the United States, resulting in satisfied effect. Ferrous sulfate film forming protection method has been used by the United Kingdom to increase erosion resistance performance of Cu and Cu-Ni alloy tube, however, the expected effect has not been gained. Though titanium tube has better erosion performance, it is very expensive. The titanium tubes are limited to be only used in coastal power plant and nuclear power station. The applicance of the stainless steel tube, with better technical and economic reasonability, is an effective means to solve the problem of bad erosion performance of Cu and Cu-Ni alloy tube.
