深圳市某32层高层建筑采用天然地基的探讨

Discussion on A Building of 32 Layers Based on Natural Ground in Shenzhen

深圳地区的高层建筑绝大部份采用桩基础 ,但深圳市区内很大部份均分布花岗岩残积土 ,它是一种承载力高、压缩性低、工程性质很好、值得加以利用的特殊性地基土。通过一栋 32层的高层建筑 ,以花岗岩残积土作为基础持力层 ,从承载力、平均沉降量和整体倾斜等诸方面进行分析、论证 ,采用天然地基是可行的。

From the aspects of bearing capacity,averaged settlement and integral decline,analyzing a building of 32 layers based on residual soil of granite,proving the feasibility of natural ground.The result is good reference of the simular engineering.
